My Story

Im an avid outdoorsman who finds peace while in nature - whether via paragliding, mountain biking, skiing, or hiking.  

I am deeply committed to learning - emotionally, intellectually, relationally and somatically.   

Im a father of two beautiful daughters, whom I have not seen or spoken  to in 3 years.   

I am actively  healing myself so I can be ready to heal with them, when the day comes that they are ready. 

I hold an open heart and extend a loving invitation to begin this process of healing.
